This is probably not what you are going to want to hear but using pre-made control profiles isn't a great idea and will create more problems than it solves. Despite the lack of the 'All' option, the Kappinhook V5 button bindings _seem_ to work ok as far as I can tell.
As I said, the aircraft I'm trying to set up is the F/A-18C. I only have the F/A-18C and the free SU25t but it applies to both. I'm too new to this to know how significant that is, but it's something that shows on all the relevant YouTube videos. Thanks for your response!
